Agrello Forms is a feature extending our Smart Templates module, that allow users to easily create shareable forms for signing. All you need to do is create a fillable template, then create a shareable link and send to anyone who needs to fill and sign the form (application, contract etc.)
What makes it different from Google forms and Typeform, in addition to the data, there will be a signed document about each application in your Agrello account as well. This makes it very handy for various uses cases like sales, school applications etc.
Step 1 - Creating and sharing the link
You can start with any template you've created in Agrello. If you have no templates check here on how to create one.
First step would be turning your template info form.
Open the template and head to Sharging tab
Click in create
A pop up will open, where you need to select the format of final output of the signed form. For most, it can be PDF, but in some areas in EU ASiC format is also being used.
Once you have done that you should see the link.
Bonus tip:
You can make your Share to Sign links even more accessible by creating QR codes using popular online tools like bit.ly, QR Code Generator, or similar services. This allows you to share your documents as scannable QR codes on printed materials, presentations, or anywhere a quick scan would be more convenient than typing a URL.
Step 2 - Using the documents and data
Now once you have shared the link and you have ton's of applications in your inbox there might be a need to use the data collected with the help of forms. One way is to manually go through all the applications as we all have done in the past. But better option is to simply download the CSV file.
