This feature was originally inspired by a customer who wanted to use WhatsApp to send signing invitations. As mentioned earlier, invitation emails don’t always reach their recipients for various reasons: inboxes get overlooked, spam or promotions filters can be overly aggressive—you name it.
One solution is to use multiple communication channels, such as Slack, WhatsApp, personal email, SMS, and others, to ensure documents are signed on time.
How to find this link?
Once you have the document out for signing, simply find the three dot’s on signer box (1), a small pop up will open, and “Copy invitation Link” (2).
Another option is also to show a person a QR code.
❗Important: Each signer has it’s own individual link, so make sure you share right link with right person.
