Step 1 - Pick a template.
Under the folder structure, move to the Templates tab and pick a template you want to use. Simply click on the template.
Step 2 - Review and Move.
In this step you can see the template. It's not yet the place where you can fill in the fields, rather it's a place where you can preview the template and make changes to the template. In most cases you need to do nothing here and can proceed with creating actual documents out of the template. On the right hand corner, pick "Use Template". Now you need to pick an output format, after which a document will be created.
Step 3 - Edit document and prepare for signing.
In this step you can now add signers, fill in the fields, add reminders or viewers. It's also possible to edit the document with a built- in editor, if it's available for you.
In most cases you need to at least two things:
add signers
fill in the fields.
Once you are happy with the document, you can hit "Send for Signing" button. After that invites will be sent out for signatories.
